Services
Our services include the well known Glowing Expectations pre & post natal program, one on one or small group personal training and consultations on nutrition and exercise. We run Kids Care First Aid courses for new parents and anyone assisting in the care of children. Our onsite massage therapist is experienced in remedial, sports and pre natal massage. We also offer gift certicates for all our services and select product line.
There are many convenient ways to pay for the products and services available including a fortnightly, automatic payment system from your credit card or bank account, credit card by phone or in person (visa or mastercard), internet transfer, cash or cheque.
