Pregnancy Exercise
Our pre-natal program is designed to enhance the wellbeing of mother and growing baby, promote an easier birth and faster recovery. These small group sessions last for one hour and comprise everything the pregnant body needs - exercises for aerobic fitness , strength and tone, abdominals, lower back, pelvic region and stretching.
Studio sessions - during the week abd Saturday's there are morning, lunchtime and evening sessions in the studio (please see timetable for times). These include the use of cardio machines, weight training machines and DBs as modified for pregnancy, fitball and mat work.
