Every time you attend 8 classes in a 4 week period (twice per week) I will give you a complimentary class – you’ll be fitter and healthier for free!The Festive Season
The Studio is closed over the festival session and will re-open on Monday 4th January 2010.I know many of you will still be away in January but I would like to offer the classes that are needed for the ‘die-hards’ that are here!
Please help me do this by writing down your holiday dates on the sheet provided and remember if you are not booked in I won’t be expecting you and may have gone to the beach
